These terms cover your use of sennalabsco.com. The site is run by me, Ayrton Ager, trading as SennaLabs in the United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms, so please read them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What this site is for
The site explains what I do and gives you a way to get in touch. Everything on it is general information about my services. It isn’t advice for your particular business, so please don’t rely on it as if it were.
I keep the site up to date as best I can, but I can’t promise that everything on it will always be complete, accurate or available. I may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Enquiries and projects
Sending me a message through the contact form or by email doesn’t create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. Examples and descriptions on this site are there to show the kind of thing I build, not to promise a particular result.
If we agree to work together, the details, such as what I’ll deliver, the price and the timings, will be set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement takes priority over anything on this site.
Who owns the content
The text, design, graphics, 3D models, code and the SennaLabs name and logo on this site belong to me, or are used with permission. You’re welcome to view the site, share links to it and print a page for your own reference.
Please don’t copy, republish or sell any of it, or use the SennaLabs name or logo in a way that suggests I’m connected to you, without asking me first.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t:
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or the services it runs on
- upload or send anything containing viruses or other harmful code
- use the contact form to send spam, or anything unlawful or abusive
- copy the site’s content in bulk using automated tools
Links to other sites
Where this site links to another website, the link is there for your convenience. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for what’s on them.
My responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits my responsibility where the law says it can’t be limited. That includes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, and for fraud.
Apart from that, the site is provided free and as it is. As far as the law allows, I’m not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using it or relying on anything on it. If you use the site for business, I’m not responsible for any loss of profit, sales, business, data or business opportunity.
If you’re a consumer, you also have legal rights that these terms don’t affect.

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.
